Who we are
This website is operated by CBA GLOBAL FZCO, trading as Decoflame UAE, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (licence no. 59582). Contact: info@decoflame.ae.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, city, property type, role, timeline, message and, if you choose, a photo of your room. When you use the room visualiser, your photo is sent to our AI image provider to create the visualisation and is not stored by us.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare designs and quotations, and arrange delivery and installation. We do not sell your data.
When you continue on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and measurement
By default we use only essential cookies. If you choose “Accept all”, we also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and then deleted.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to info@decoflame.ae.
