DecoFlame Espoo Ceiling-Mounted Bioethanol Fireplace
Elegant and modern ceiling-mounted biofireplace from Danish DecoFlame, designed to add a cozy and intimate atmosphere to your home.

DecoFlame Espoo is available in several versions.

This version is intended for ceiling mounting and requires neither power connection nor chimney.

Espoo is also available as a freestanding biofireplace with either pedestal base or oak legs.

When Espoo Ceiling is attached to the ceiling, the Espoo dome can be rotated so you can see the flames from different angles.

This is especially useful if you have Espoo Ceiling installed in a kitchen area, where you want to enjoy the flames from the kitchen, dining area, and sofa.

The included bioethanol burner
The biofireplace is equipped with DecoFlame’s own manual firebox, which ensures an optimal and beautiful flame. The burner is easy to operate and makes it possible to adjust the size and intensity of the flames.

Completely unique is that Espoo’s firebox is equipped with electronic ignition, which makes it possible to light the fireplace with a single press of a button. The electronic ignition requires no power connection but uses ordinary AA batteries.

The burner has a capacity of 3 liters and provides a burn time of between 5–10 hours, depending on the flame level. The heat effect will vary between 1.7 kW – 3.4 kW depending on the intensity of the flames.

Adapt the fireplace to your needs
It is possible to:

• Choose whether the plate around the burner should be in brushed stainless steel or black powder-coated steel

• Choose whether the fireplace should be mounted on a sloped or flat ceiling

When installing the fireplace
Espoo Ceiling must be mounted in the ceiling before use. This is easily done with the included ceiling bracket and 5 screws.

The fireplace can be mounted in all types of ceilings, as long as it can bear the weight of the fireplace. The ceiling bracket has a diameter of 30 cm, and it is recommended to attach it to a beam if possible. The fireplace must be placed with a minimum safety distance of 100 cm from combustible materials such as curtains and other textiles.
